Where are your servers located?
We currently have servers in Dallas, Texas, but we use a CDN with worldwide locations to speed up your site, no matter where your visitors are. We plan on getting a new server in Europe soon. If you’re interested in having an EU-based server, please reach out to us via our contact form to let us know.
What is my site gets infected with malware?
Our 24/7 protection and locked WordPress files make it extremely unlikely that your site would get infected. Should it happen, however, we will remove the malware for you at no extra costs (up to once per year).
